quick access room service helpful staff
The location allowed quick access to key sites. Breakfast delivered to the room added convenience and a personal touch. The staff were helpful providing information about the area. We stored our luggage after checkout to explore before our flight.
The mattress felt a little too firm.

My room lacked proper maintenance. Walls had stains. Breakfast started late at 8 AM, a problem if you have early tours planned. It limited my ability to avoid crowds and the heat.

prime location quiet room helpful staff
The location was excellent , offering easy access to the Vatican. The room was clean and quiet, which I appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were kind and helpful , answering my questions about local transportation.
The water pressure in the shower was not very strong.

Excellent Location, Great Service
excellent location helpful staff room view
The location was excellent for visiting major sites. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The room had a great view.. I could see St Peter's Basilica from my window. Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning, and I was able to select items from a menu the day before.
The street noise was noticeable late into the night.
